There is new and fresh content on Wild Frontier. Not to dis the old content though. (Thanks all for the high Alexa number!) The new content comes in the form of four blogs of fresh and Wild Frontier-type thinkers. Three are fresh thinkers, one is shall we say seasoned. Plus we've recently formatted the blog section to look much much better.
Our blog writers are:
The first comes from the mind of Scotty Meiser. Scotty is a unique mind and talent as a freshman at Cairn University. He will be using his space to share his worldview through his “cellophane glasses.”
The second comes from a gifted teen writer, Abigail. She is a writing talent with a voice of truth to share with teens.
The third contains Wild Frontier-sort of thoughts about church worship. Brenda Seefeldt and her husband John form this powerful worship leader/speaker team and John Amodea has requested this space to share his thoughts on what he is learning about worship. He is a former career musician with nearly 40 years of trained music experience.
The fourth will be from Wild Frontier founder, Brenda Seefeldt. Her blog will be a random place for her to share her thoughts while living through her 33rd year of youth ministry.
About Wild Frontier
Wild Frontier is a mindset. It is a mindset that there is something more out there than what is normal or what is within human limitations. Only the brave dare to have this mindset. The brave dare to be vulnerable. The brave learn to recognize and expose numbing behaviors so that bravery can now be what defines our lives. And vulnerability is the beginning of hope.
Who is Brenda?
Brenda is a brave one. She stutters yet is a national speaker. She loves teaching so much she’s been a substitute teacher for over 20 years. She’s brave enough to enter any classroom at a middle school. She also simply loves teaching groups, whether they are teens or adults. You could say she was created for this, stuttering and all. She has been in youth ministry for 34 years and has no plans to “grow up” and be a real pastor. She bravely loves teenagers, especially that middle school age. She has served in her church, New Covenant Fellowship of Manassas, Virginia, since 1990 and they will probably bury her there.
